OUR SERVICE

Design Advice	GRN’s design and testing services team offer a consultancy service covering likely faults, areas of concern and make recommendations concerning monitoring of the build quality.
Site Inspection Service	Our highly trained and friendly personnel can visit your site during the construction process and identify potential problems, likely faults and highlight any areas of concern. Very often prevention is better than cure.
Testing Services	This is the conducting of air pressure tests, detailing our findings in our report and issuing the relevant certification on completion.
Leak Repair	Our experienced site operatives can, on request, identify and correct faults on your properties. This service can be used as a pre or post test service. This has two advantages, it leaves your site workers free to carry on with their normal work and as our experienced staff know what they are looking for reduces the amount of time taken in getting the building ready.
Training for commissioning agents and management	Our short courses include a practical demonstration of an air pressure test. It also covers the background to the changes and discusses the relevant technical standards apply. The course also explains the testing methodology and how to interpret the results. There is an option to sit an audited test at the end of the course and a certificate can be issued for CPD purposes.
Training for construction workers	This longer course also includes the practical demonstration and explains the background to the legislative changes. It goes on to identify common faults and remedial action within the building construction. The aim is to upskill building workers with a view to increasing the chances of a positive result during testing.
